ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for a realtor to sell my secondary home in Pensacola, FL and having a difficult time finding one that was a good fit for me and the home I was selling. After doing some research, I contacted three realtors who had sales of equitable homes in my area. Christina Leavenworth returned my call right away and set up an appointment the next day for her and Dylan Smith. They work as a team with each bringing their expertise to the table making the selling process easy for the seller. Christina was very good at answering my questions regarding the contract and what we needed to do to get the house on the market. Christina, Dylan, and I discussed when to list home on market, price, etc. The connection with this team was great, and I signed the contract at the first appointment. After that first meeting, my direct contact was Dylan. He assisted with staging the house, scheduled a professional photo shoot, showcased the house on Zillow so it appeared first in any searches, and arranged two open houses within a two-month period. Dylan assisted with any issues that came up during the selling process and brought in the professionals necessary to correct the issue. The house was shown multiple times with multiple offers within 47 days. Dylan was diligent, professional and patient with my questions as we discussed interested parties and later reviewed the offers. We closed on sale within 90 days of listing. I was very pleased with the results.

Me and my partner bought a property in Ensley and all the time the property was in contract, Dylan yelled at us, dissuaded us from asking the seller to fix things from the inspection, dissuaded us to ask for discounts, the whole transaction was closed at a 1 month delay from the original closing date because of the incomptency of this realtor. We will never ever ever ever do business with this person ever again. This was the worst experience of our life.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving here from Corpus Christi TX. Because of my husbands medical condition we were not able to fly to Pensacola to view homes. By the grace of god, my husband found Dylan. He emailed us homes that were in our budget and area we wanted to move to. I was able to let him know which ones we were interested in. He spent a whole day doing live video with us so we could see the homes. He was very honest about the area the home was in. Pointed out all the good highlights and bad of each home. Took it slow so we could see every detail. He didnt rush us at all. He let us think about it. The next day he offered to go back so we could relook at a few homes. We never felt pressured. He kept in constant contact with us. His assistant Megan is great also! We would highly recommend Dylan to all our friends and family. Hes been wonderful to work with.
