Review Mike listed our home in the Lake Forest area and proceeded to run with the ball immediately, letting us know the best way to market the home and making all the arrangements to make that happen. We just handled the homeowner to-do list he gave us, and he took care of the rest. His decision to do extensive staging for the best possible look and feel of the home made it show even better than we could have imagined. The buyers absolutely loved it. When the offers poured in, Mike dealt with each of them. His knowledge of how to handle the offers and negotiate the final sale and agreement with the very highest offer we received made us all happy we picked him from the start. Review From the moment I met Mike Doyle, I knew he would be an excellent agent. First impressions when meeting with Mike was that he was very knowledgeable, experienced, and really listened to our needs. Additionally, he is very positive and responsive to any questions or concerns. Literally, he was available anytime I texted or emailed and always reached out to me as soon as possible. One attribute that stood out for me was his local knowledge. He knew all the schools in the area, he knew our house belonged to the wonderful Sun & Sail Club, and he knew the shopping and entertainment areas (Irvine Spectrum) nearby, which were all positive attributes for the house's location. Mike was also very keen at knowing the market for our house and how it would be advertised. When the house was ready to put on the market, Mike staged it beautifully! It really looked fantastic. He helped our family purchase an off market house within two weeks of shopping during the most competitive markets (Feb 2021) in recent history. Mike devised and implemented a number of strategies that ultimately allowed us to view three off market homes within the first few days of our search. We ultimately purchased one of these homes with minimal negotiation thanks to Mikes communication with the sellers on our behalf. Review Mike Doyle helped us sell the home which had been in our family since 1957. Before hiring Mike, we interviewed four Realtors as possible agents. Mike was the one who we felt best represented our interests. Mike provided us with a solid understanding of the market and discussed compelling reasons NOT to sell (i.e. hold it as a rental property, in which case he would not be compensated) as well as compelling reasons to sell. His integrity in sharing strengths of both options increased our trust in him. For family reasons, we decided to sell. He then provided excellent perspective on what we should and should not do to get the house ready for the market. We made a number of low-cost improvements and avoided a number of much higher cost options which he suggested we skip because of their minimal potential effect on the sale. That saved us money. Throughout the listing, marketing and sale, Mike walked us through every step of the process and paperwork and kept us informed of activity. Review Mike Doyle is a one of a kind realtor! We live in Northern California and Mike sold our rental property in Huntington Beach. What started out to hopefully be a nice easy sale turned into a nightmare with the property falling out of escrow many times. Each time we went into escrow some new problem with the house would arise and the buyers would back out. Living so far away and not knowing how bad a shape the house was actually in, this whole process grew more and more frustrating for us as the sellers. Mike worked with us, kept the buyers coming and got this house sold. I know there had to be times when he would have liked to walk away (as bad as this was I would have) but he stayed with it and even with all the problems, we got a good price for the house.
