ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Michael as a buyers agent for someone moving to Naples. He asked us some questions, got to know what we like, and sent us batches of homes online so we could refine our choices. From those selections he sent us more homes to consider and when we arrived he had a list of promising homes to show us. Our interaction with him was very comfortable as he explained pros and cons of various neighborhoods in our price range and gave us the scoop on the area and customs (like the beach and downtown). When we eventually found a house we loved, Michael really stepped up his game with his negotiation skills, getting us everything we wanted and then some. With Michaels guidance we found a house we love and saved a ton of money in the process. He has always been very responsive, either answering questions within a few minutes or telling me when he can find the answer. I dont usually trust reviews that are all 5s but I couldnt take points from any of the categories. You really cant go wrong with Michael - you can trust him to put your interests first, find exactly what youre looking for, give you honest answers and get you the best possible deal. Highly recommended!

From the first moment we contacted in reference to a specific property he was quick to call us back about a date and time that we could access the property. During our visit to the property he was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer every question we had. If he was not sure of the answer he quickly found out the answer and reported back to us. During this closing process he was extremely helpful and on top of all of the paperwork and knowing exactly what was going on with the loan. He kept in constant contact with the loan administrator and continued to push to keep the process going. After closing we realized that we did not have the key to the mailbox. When someone goes out of their way, above and beyond expectations, I believe they should be recognized for doing such. Michaels professional approach from day one was refreshing. Dealing with me from out town adds to the obstacles in working with someone. Not only did he go above and beyond, but took the time to understand our expectations and desires. He even walked on the beach just to take pictures to send to us because he was not happy with the ones from the seller side. I didnt ask him to, they just showed up in my email!
