We moved to Sanford, NC as a relocation for the military. We didn't know anyone or anything in Sanford and got lucky when we chose Michael Davis as our realtor. Not only were we moving to an unknown town but we were buying our first home. As stressful as this situation could have been Michael eased our worries. From the start he was readily available at almost all hours, extremely knowledgeable of both realty and the town, and fun to work with. He has a great personality and a way of making you realize everything will work out. He guided us through negotiations, gave great recommendations, and kept our closing date in mind at all times. When we didn't make our down payment on time (found out on our drive to the house - in the moving truck!), due to bank restrictions and our own forgetfulness, Michael discussed our situation with the seller and made it so we could still get into our house the night we were driving up. He is truly the reason everything went as smoothly as it did and stayed on track. He is supportive, friendly, diligent, and brilliant. We have every intention of using him when it comes time to sell.

After speaking with 3 different realtors we knew Mike was the obvious choice, we just didn't know how great he would end up being. Mike personally dealt not only with our issues but also buyer/lender issues when the other parties were taking no action. Had it been any other realtor representing us, I doubt the sale would have happened at all. I can't recommend him highly enough; he is the professional, but most of all the HONEST, realtor that you need. If you want to sell a home, Mike is the obvious choice!
