Through no fault of the Cotten's our closing was moved a full two weeks from what was originally scheduled. We planned our move out of state based on the original closing date. When the closing was delayed, we were very concerned about the house sitting empty for two weeks with no one there.They went and checked on the house every other day and gave us the piece of mind that we needed. They reported back and put us at ease. They treated us with genuine care and managed us through the funding process very professionally.

The first purchase was an auction property "which is a difficult task" and from what i understand is not something a lot of realtors have done due to the nature of the sales. My second property was a standard purchase using a VA loan.Both of my purchases went off with no problem and we made closing on schedule both times because of Mike & Meagan's hard work and dedication.They are both very receptive to calls, questions, demands etc..."And I had a lot of them."
