Well, I met Michael and he took care of everything. He told me what I had to do. He took care of inspections, and helped me every step along the way. ZillowVERIFIED From the moment my husband and I spoke with Michael we were impressed. When he came to our home he was both professional and warm. He walked through our entire home and went over his thoughts with each room. We sat down and Michael went over his thoughts and showed us comparable homes that sold and ones presently on market. We listed our home and Michael sent a professional photographer to take both interior and exterior pictures. They highlighted each room as well as our property. Some realtors list a home and wait for it to sell. Michael listed our home and ran with it.. The listing pictures were up on a Friday I believe and an offer came in on that Sunday. Michael was active in the negotiations and within a week we were sold. Michael continued to work with us during the entire process. He called always asking if we needed anything and always told us to call with any questions. He was amazing. Anyone who is fortunate to work with Michael Coppola as their realtor can be assured they won't be just a number. He genuinely cares.
