ZillowVERIFIED Mike wanted our house off his plate ASAP. He told another agent right in front of me how much he was going to sell MY house for without asking me and it was 30k less than what we ended up getting. Unfortunately we couldn't fire him for the purchase of the new home which he did NOTHING to earn his commission. He attended no inspections, not even the closing. He did give us 1% of his commission toward closing costs to make up for his and his team's mistakes.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael went above and beyond. We called him when we realized that we were being ripped off by a so called friend/realtor. Mike quickly went to work and had scheduled 5 showing within 24 hours at which point we had a contract worth more than 60 thousand than our previous realtor. He was also kind enough to go out of his way to buy us an air mattress when he found out that this person sleeping on the floor was a fellow veteran! Words cannot express how great full we are for his quick action and thoughtfulness!

ZillowVERIFIED We were scouting homes on our own until we realized we needed a professional on our side. Eirene Mathews fit our needs to perfection. She did not gloss over the imperfections of anything we viewed with her. For example, the house we finally bought had a previous settlement for a possible sink hole problem. When I mentioned to Eirene that another building in the same condo community had a description mentioning "pinning" she immediately did her research. She discovered that the condo association had a monetary insurance settlement that allowed them to install pins under all the buildings in the association. Her diligence in this matter gave us the peace of mind to go ahead and purchase this property.
