He was so prepared and so diligent, and his expertise helped answer my millions of questions. Being a first-time homebuyer can be intimidating, but Michael held our hands and walked us through the process like a true professional. Fast forward to five years later, and it was time for us (now a family) to move to the suburbs. Our condo (and what turned out to be a great investment) in Brookline served us well, and Michael was the only choice for us when we decided it was time to sell. He came over, reviewed all the improvements we had made over time (renovated bathroom, all new appliances, etc), and showed me some comparable recent sales in the area. Michael had some suggestions as to how to rearrange some items, and he returned to take very professional photos that made our condo really stand out! Michael had a great pricing strategy and we were fortunate enough to sell the condo immediately after the open house, at a price above asking, after several offers and subsequent increases to those offers! Even the paperwork was simple, as Michael would send us links to pages we could sign online, without having to print, sign, scan, e-mail/fax/mail etc. Michael had answers for every part of the process, and if a stressful moment (for us) did arise, he was always cool, calm, and collected in his response and solution. I don't think this man gets stressed! Michael is a genuine, responsive, courteous, experienced professional, and I wish him much success.

He was hands on throughout the entire process and always had productive advice to offer without being pushy or overbearing. When it was time to sell our house, Michael came over and offered strategies to us on how best to "stage" our house to best present it to prospective buyers. He was understanding about how difficult this process is with two young children and was realistic about what items needed to go without being judgmental or preachy. Michael took awesome pictures of our house and wrote a wonderful description of it on MLS. He also offered valuable advice about the price point at which we should offer the house for sale. We received multiple offers after the first open house and accepted one of them within a few days. The transaction closed smoothly and Michael remained involved throughout the entire process. When it came time to buy a house, Michael was helpful and patient as we were looking at many houses in several towns. He was always willing to set up a showing for us to look at a house and attended many open houses on our behalf. Michael is able to evaluate a house fairly and accurately - he understands the house systems and "bones" but also can provide advice on the interior decor, neighborhood and other intangible aspects of a house When it came time to make an offer, Michael told us what price he thought we needed to offer in order to get the house, and used strong negotiating tactics with seller's agent during the entire process with good results for us in the end. Moving is a very stressful process and it is a very competitive and fast moving market. Michael's experience and guidance was crucial for us. I don't expect to move again any time soon but I would engage Michael again if we do.
