He reached out to us encouraging us to move forward with buying the home, giving us every impression that we were the buyers he was working with aEUR" only for us to later find out he was still fishing for higher offers behind the scenes. His communication was inconsistent and often unhelpful. Messages went unanswered, simple questions dragged on for days, and the lack of transparency added unnecessary stress to what is already an overwhelming process for new buyers. The entire experience left us feeling strung along and used, rather than supported or respected. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into weeks of frustration and confusion because of his unprofessional, unclear, and discouraging behavior. The only answer you hear is "It's up to you" which is not what you would expect from an agent that you pay commission to. Basically the sale was like "For sale by owner" that too my agent acting as the buyer's agent.
