Within 6 weeks of meeting him, I closed on my home. He holds your hand, walks you through the houses, explains any issues or faults, offers suggestions, or straightforwardly says, 'Lets go, youre not buying this house.' He swiftly handled a few stressful moments I had during the closing process and didnt let go of my hand until after closing.
