ZillowVERIFIED John Brigantino and his team are consumate professionals. John was able to immediatley identify the goals of my family with regard to a family property and immediately began to help guide us to a successful conclusion. There were some unusual aspects to the property in question and John was able to navigate those issues with both the commercial and regulatory agencies with great skill. He was thorough, prompt with his actions in all aspects of this transaction, and above all a great communicator who made sure we were appraised of all aspects of the process. I highly recommend San Benito Realy and John Brigantino for any one who wants the best the industry can provide!

ZillowVERIFIED I am very fortunate to have found Michael, young and energetic very responsive realtor when I want to invest some of my savings into a real estate. He listens and understands my goals and also helped me refine your investment criteria according to my financial goals. He helped me close three deals which includes two purchases and one sale. I known him over five years and not only helped me invest, he also educated me how to invest on real estate. He always there when I call or text, and meet me in any given location with exact scheduled time. He gives very honest and humble opinions and suggestions which helped me a lot. He is a realtor and a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped me sell my Los Banos, CA investment property. He was very knowledgeable, very responsive, explained the process thoroughly, and had great negotiation skills (came in handy as we had multiple offers on the property). The property sold with a quick escrow closure at our target sell price. Highly recommend his real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael did a wonderful job representing us in the sale of our property. I'm sure we were not his easiest clients, but Michael's professionalism ensured we made decisions using the best information available. His approach balanced the use of technology with the old school nature of doing business in San Benito County.

ZillowVERIFIED What a great experience! We live out of state and were selling our home and orchard ranch in Hollister.Brigantino Realty is at the forefront of selling this type of property, and they have earned this recognition. Michael was our primary agent. He was always available when needed, returned calls/ texts and consistently kept us updated as to the progress of our sale. Michael came through with flying colors as he had to 'problem solve' when time was of the essence, made a stellar recommendation, so we were able to close escrow in a timely manner. Our family is very impressed and appreciative of all his efforts! The other members of his team are very professional also. We highly recommend San Benito Realty!

ZillowVERIFIED Out of all the people we considered to work with for the purchase of our first home in San Luis Obispo, Michael ranked the highest. We are overly satisfied with the commitment and service he provided us over the several month period we worked with him. To illustrate Michael's commitment and professionalism, before we decided to go with him as our agent, he was upfront that he had some travel plans out of the country in December. It just so happened that we were in escrow during part of his trip, but the transition was seamless due to Michael's pre-planning abilities and his task delegation to the other team of great realtors at San Benito Realty. Michael still handled business from afar through phone and email to shepherd the process. We asked a lot of questions and learned a lot since Michael is very patient and is great at explaining things in laymen's terms. It was an overall great experience and Michael was key in making it all happen. We will be using Michael in any future real estate transactions. Thanks again,Matt

Both John and his team at San Benito Reality provide a (very) high level of expertise and service. John also does an outstanding job of managing the expectations of both the buyers and sellers. ZillowVERIFIED This was a difficult property to sell. A true fixer upper with structural damage. He was someone who could assess the situation and not make you feel you were being judged. He did not have us spend wasted monies to fix something that was way past our expertise. Michael absolutely used the right marketing techniques and brought in an array of interested buyers. The home sold quickly. He was always available and kept us informed from start to finish. He was not pushy. He listened. He made recommendations but always considered our input. He changed our thoughts about the traditional realestate professionals. It was truly a good outcome and we are very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is wonderful! We can't recommend him enough. He was so helpful and attentive throughout our whole home buying process. He was always available when we had a question and accommodated our work schedule for meetings, showings and signings. As first-time home buyers we were a bit nervous and naive to the whole thing but Michael made it such a smooth process. If you're looking for a great realtor then go see Michael. His knowledge plus the talented folks at Golden Eagle will help you every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped us out in so many ways in us getting our home. He immediately started sending me emails on listings in Hollister, every morning I'd turn my computer on and there was always something sent from him, since we lived in San Jose and I work, it was really hard for us to see homes, he made time for us even if it was during the evenings with just an hours notice. He also sent us to an awesome mortgage company, they were a FABULOUS team to work with. We couldn't have done it without Michael's help, I would and have recommended him to friend's, he goes above and beyond. Thank you Michael so much for all that you did for us, we now are living in our dream home

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped my wife and I purchase our first home, and made us feel great while doing it. We had been idly watching the market for some time, and when we saw an opportunity pop up that was too good to pass on (on Michael's personalized MLS tracker that he set up for us), we decided to visit and put in an offer. Michael was able to get us in to view the house with an hour's notice on a Saturday, and guided us through the process all throughout, including recommending a great mortgage broker. Michael's attention to detail and easily-approachable demeanor makes you feel safe and confident that the right things are happening all along the way. I'm an engineer and threw about a million questions at him, and he always encouraged more -- when he didn't know the answer to something (which was rare), he'd let me know it, and quickly get back to me after he did some research. Michael is great at communicating, and truly puts the clients' needs first. Our house had 7 or 8 other offers at or above list price, and without Michael and the awesome mortgage broker he recommended, I'm convinced ours wouldn't have been the one the seller ended up accepting. We closed in a record-breaking 19 days, and my wife and I couldn't be happier and more impressed with Michael and San Benito Reality. HIGHLY recommend -- we'll definitely be doing business with them again. Thanks Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband I and just got married this past year and were so excited to finally start home shopping. We just happened to stumble across Michael Brigantino and looking back are so thankful the way things happened. Michael is an amazing, knowledgeable, hard working real estate agent. We were shocked on how easy the process of home buying was with Michael on our side. Our offer was accepted and was well below asking price and to make things even easier.... our escrow was only 2 weeks and 2 days!!!! Everyone we know of says thats unheard of. We saw approx 8-10 homes and when we walked into "our" home we instantly knew it was the one. Thank you Michael Brigantino for all your hard work in finding us our dream home to start our lives in.
