ZillowVERIFIEDMichael was very professional. He was the listing agent for the house we purchased and we contacted him directly. He was very informative and we made an offer which was promptly accepted. When the house went into escrow I was concerned when the water was turned off as I did not want the plants in the yard to die. I contacted Michael and he had the water turned back on promptly. Overall a very smooth transaction. Thanks...

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a realtor that is willing to work with the buyer at the times that are convenient to the buyer. He believes in customer service, and showing homes until the buyer finds the right one. I recommend him as he is very good at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED He was helpful and patient with the process of selling the house despite despite all the ups and downs with the title company. The date for closing kept changing and he kept us informed and up to date on everything that was going on. He remained positive about the process and was professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Boutte, had perfect timing. He approached me as I was cleaning out the house, introduced himself and asked if I was interested in selling the house. It just happened that I was planning on putting the house on the market. Michael appeared friendly and knowledgeable about the house and market conditions, so I gave him the listing. He was quick to provide the necessary paper work and list the house. He surveyed the house and helped fix a leaky water pipe in the front of the house. The house was quickly listed and sold in less than a month in a down market at full listing price, which was set above market prices! The sale helped to establish an uptick in selling prices for the community.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking for my first house in the Tehachapi area and Michael Boutte was quick to show me all the houses in Tehachapi that met my budget and the criteria in what I was looking for. I work crazy hours and no matter what time or day he was always there for me. When I had questions he could answer them. When I had doubts he reassured me. He also explained to me that just because I was a first time buyer that it was not necessary for me to just look for used homes. I also qualify for new homes. With that being said, My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home in Tehachapi. I would recommend Michael Boutte to everyone who wishes to buy or sell a home or property. He is with you all the way and keeps you informed.
