As a seller's agent, Michael was a disappointment. He was great with the bells and whistles but that wasn't what we needed. He also seemed more interested in getting the transaction completed than paying attention to what we, the sellers, wanted. In addition, there were a few things that had changed in the real estate market since our last real estate transaction and Michael was not able to adequately explain how those things impacted our situation.
