ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Michael twice, once to buy and once to sell. He was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond for us. We live a few hours away from the area we purchased and sold in and he was so accommodating. His communication was excellent! There was never a time I needed to reach him that he didnt respond in a timely manner. By far the best agent we have ever worked with. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Michael Balanoff is delightful, easygoing and well organized, which makes conducting real estate transactions with him pleasant and straightforward. My husband and I used him to purchase a condo and then to resell the same condo a couple years later. Michael listened well, communicated well and executed our plans quickly and efficiently. He kept us in the loop so that the whole process moved smoothly whether we were buying or selling. He comes highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We had our German Village up for sale for 2 years. We had gone through 3 realtors before we chose to go with Michael. That was our best decision. Our home was a very unusual property. While Michael was our realtor we had a lot of people checking it out. He kept assuring us hed sell our property. Each step of the way he kept us updated. After about 6 months it was sold!I highly recommend Michael & would use him again.Martha King-Burquist

ZillowVERIFIED It was an amazing transaction that was smooth from start to finish. The closing date was hit, and the client was happy all thanks to Michael. Always getting me what I needed quickly, and responding right away to questions that myself, or my team had. I enjoyed closing this home with him, and would love to have the opportunity to help more clients with him in the future. Thank you again Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED When buying or selling a home in the Tallahassee or surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend Mike Balanoff. It was very comforting to have Mike on our side. He was just as enthusiastic about finding us the right house for our family after months of looking as he was on day one. Since we were looking to buy a home in the peak season, homes were flying off the market quickly. He was conscience to our budgetary parameters and eagerly took on challenging negotiations to make sure we found the best home for our family at the best value. He did such a great job in finding the right house for me that I recommended him to my parents. I will definitely use Mike for my future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Balanoff was an exceptional realtor for us. We lived in another state so we had a lot of communication via texting and emailing. His response time was quick and efficient. Michael never pressured us into anything, and he always answered our questions kindly and respectfully. He was also not afraid to dig into something for us or offer suggestions. Michael Balanoff definitely has our vote of confidence!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was a great help to my wife and I as we purchased our first home. He was able to explain things to us with patience through all of our questions. Throughout the whole process, he always kept our best interests in mind and was extremely helpful. We moved to the area from out of state and Michael even went to homes before we arrived and sent us pictures of different properties that we requested. That was more than we could have asked and we appreciated it. Now we are in our new home that we love!

ZillowVERIFIED We started out with another real estate company and were not happy with the service we received. We went to our local Remax office where we met Michael Balanoff .We immediately felt comfortable with him . He was very helpful in the purchase of our house . He went out of his way to bring us documents to sign . We plan on contracting him to sell our former home in the near future .
