ReviewKendra Bajcar is a stellar agent, a masterclass in real estate professionalism. If you want an agent who treats your home journey like a top-priority mission, look no further. From my very first meeting, she brought an incredible level of market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and clear communication. She was always one step ahead, anticipating challenges before they arose and handling every detail flawlessly. Her dedication makes you feel like you are her only client!

Review Krismar is truly the definition of a friendly realtor. I hate to use the word realtor because she treated us more like friends while maintaining professionalism. She always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with whatever decision or inquiry we had. We had zero to little knowledge of the real estate field and were intimated at the thought of owning because of all the things you hear through social media. She completely did away with that and helped us through every single thing. Cannot recommend Krismar enough to first time home buyers and any other buyers. She is the epitome of realtors! Thanks Krsimar!

Review Cameron was outstanding! I was moving from another state in an expedited manner with a unusual financial situation. He was proactive, clear, and responsive with communication, thorough in his research, assertive with negotiations. He continually conveyed that my happiness with the process and outcome was paramount. He reached out to both my sellers agent in Arizona and the buyers agent in Colorado to make sure we were all on the same page and that the numbers were lining up. I definitely recommend Cameron to anyone who is embarking on a home search. He seems to take pride in his work and definitely puts in the time and effort to do his job well.

Review We started with Michael Baird of HomeSalesCO in June of 2017. I was interested in selling my one bedroom condo in Littleton. Michael suggested I minimize the work I put into the condo. He saved us thousands of dollars and months of time and the condo sold for just under a quarter million dollars!!! Michael was spot-on with his recommendations and his negotiating skills were very impressive. I am an engineer and thought I knew better but without his knowledge I would have lost months and spent tons of money that were not necessary. I really appreciate Michael for his wonderful personality and no pressure style. Michael was ALWAYS available for us and incredibly responsive. I am not good at realty "things" so it was great to have someone who knew what they were doing and never pressured me when I was off base. Thank you Michael for all you help, patients, and in the end feeling like a member of the family!!!

Review We found Michael Baird quite by accident, to our great fortune, who turned out to be the best realtor we have ever had. We have dealt with five different realtors over the last ten years due to work relocation, and Michael was incredible.Without asking, Michael offered to pick us up and took us to the properties that we wanted to view. He was always very patient, responsive and compliant to all of our requests. Michael met all of the expectations, and beyond, in what we had always hoped our realtor would be.Michael walked us through every step of the home buying process and was a real asset at closing. We would highly recommend Michael for his knowledge, professionalism, kindness and responsiveness. By far the best. It has been a pleasure knowing him.On a side note, although we have closed on our perfect home, we do enjoy viewing the daily "for sale", "pending" and "sold" home listings receiving from your daily e-mails. Respectfully and with sincere thanks to Michael,Karen and John N. Ewald IIIParker, Colorado

Review After purchasing our first home a year ago with Michael my wife and I decided the suburbs weren't for us anymore. We contact Michael again without a second thought. Michael expertly helped us list our home and get above asking price all while helping us find our dream home in the mountains. We had a weird deadline as we were leaving the country for two weeks this wasn't a problem for Michael. He expertly helped us through every step of the way and became a friend while at it! Hopefully we aren't buying another property in the near future but if we do we will always contact Michael to help us through the process!

Review Michael Baird was wonderful to work with. Within 24 hours of contacting him we were looking at houses and he had connected me with an amazing mortgage consultant/company. He answered every question I had and his response time was usually immediate. He made a stressful process much easier and I appreciate it immensely.

Review Megan and I wanted to thank you both so much for the amazing experience you both have provided us with selling and buying our new home. In the past we had not had very good experiences with other real estate companies. You two were a God Send! I never knew that real estate folks could be so honest and genuine. We appreciated all the communication and your availability. I know that you gave up your personal time with your family and friends to make sure we were both happy and satisfied. You continually went above and beyond our expectations. We not only sold our home faster than we ever thought we could but, you found us the perfect home for our family in the location we wanted. When we started our home buying experience, we were just looking for someone to help us along the way that we could trust. We not only found that but, we found lifelong friends that I would highly recommend (and have many times over) to anyone for their real-estate needs.

Review We highly recommend Michael for his outstanding work and patience he had with us while searching for the right house for us. We love the house we bought on Biscay circle in Aurora,Co. He stuck with us thru the whole long process of buying our house. He deserves all 5 stars in every catagory. He was very thorough and very helpful. We enjoyed having him as our relatorand if we ever decided to buy again, he would be the first one we will call. We definitely will recommend Michael to our friends and anyone that we know to buy a house. He kept us updated and answered all questions and concerns we had and we Thank him very much. He even recommended Thurston Roseland for our lender which helped us alot. Even getting us a couple of grants that helped us alot for our finances, he gets 5 stars too. He is still calling us (Michael) to see how things are going in our new house!!!!!! Yeah!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!! 5 stars all the way, He deserves higher than that if it went higher 100% David and Susan Evans.

Review We were interested in purchasing a home in the Denver area but since we live in Alaska, we had only limited opportunities to be in town to look at properties. Each time we did manage to get into town for a few hours, Gary would be ready for us and show us a variety of homes. Since we were doing most of our house-hunting online, Gary often would go out and personally look at a homes and then get back to us with information he had gathered. After patiently working with us for over a year, we are now happy new homeowners in the Littleton area. Mr. Baird not only understood what we desired but he has been an incredible help and resource for us long after closing. Gary had come to us highly recommended and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a home.
