Review Even though I didnt hire Michael Austin since I'm still working with an agent I just saw some reviews about, I felt that Michael would be by far, much better fit for me. He was very responsive. Answered my call immediately. Was very patience and educated me about how hes usually does his marketing. I was very impressed with his technic and ability to get the best value of the property hes selling, or getting it for his buyer. He has a lot of knowledge about the local market and hes very detail oriented. Hard to find a lot of realtors that will take their time to educate you how theyll be able to get your property sold in the price that youll be happy with. Without major repairs, remodeling or changes. He knows his field very well and will be able to sale in any condition as I was convinced from my long conversation with him.I feel that he would be the best realtor for me as prompt as he is & very competent agent. I no wish I would talked to him before Ive hired the new agent just few days ago. I'm sure that my condo as it is, would be in escrow by now. Michael answered all of our questions and was with us every step of the way. Whenever there was a listing we were interested in, Michael would go out of his way to get all the information needed regarding the listing. Review When my fiancee and I started looking for our home, we knew next to nothing about the entire process, and that was quite unnerving to us as first-time home buyers......thankfully, Michael Austin was there to guide us through the proverbial real estate gauntlet, and helped us close the deal on our dream house! We were matched with Mike when we initially found a home that piqued our interest, and from the moment we met him, he became a trusted and essential member of our team throughout the home-buying process. Mike is friendly, patient, resourceful, and knowledgeable about the real estate market as a whole. The search to find our home took about a month, and Mike was with us every step of the way. His availability was second to none; I could text or call him at ANY time of day/night and if he didn't respond instantly (which was rare) he would get back to us within a few hours at most. His availability and communication are assets that I cannot begin to overstate the value of to anyone who may be in a similar position in regards to purchasing a home for the first time. Mike would meet us to do walk-throughs on OUR schedule and timeline without fail, and if for some reason he was unable to make a specific time window, he would send a trusted associate (who was equally kind and resourceful) to make sure that we were able to view any properties that we were interested in within a day of us finding it on the market. This was incredibly important to us, because what we quickly learned was that in this competitive market, any hesitation could result in losing out on a coveted potential home.I mentioned Mike's patience before: at no point in the purchasing process did we ever feel rushed, or like we couldn't ask him a question about anything pertaining to a specific property or the real estate market in general. Mike is a straight-shooter; he never sugar-coated the hard facts of a property just to push us towards closing a deal, and we genuinely felt throughout the entire process that his mission was to ensure that we ended up in the home that was the right fit for us. He gave us sound advice on properties that we were considering submitting offers for, and educated us on the multitude of options we had when it came to initial offers, negotiations, and escrow. This was information that we otherwise would have struggled to sift through on our own, and Mike simplified the often complex verbiage of the contracts to terms that we could understand and make educated decisions on. I believe that he really does an excellent job of listening to what your wants and needs are. He does not get impatient with you for not knowing exactly what you want either.
