My house sold for 40,000 over asking price in one week - I feel Michael did a great job for meHe gave me advice how to set my house up for sale. Worked with me thru closing documents and any items need for closing the deal Michael was available any time I needed him for closing issues banks loans pest and anything the showed up at the last minute - there is never a problem until there is a problem- thankfully Michael was always their to help me thru the next next issue
