ZillowVERIFIED Michael has not only helped us sell one home but he has helped us sell two homes! He walked us through each and every step of the process. The amount of knowledge he brought as our agent was unmatched. He made the entire process effortless for us. We couldnt have sold either home without him. He was dedicated to making sure our home was listed for the right price and helped us make sure it was in picture perfect condition. He was always available to answer any questions we had and keep us informed throughout the entire process. We sold our first home in under 30 days on the market and sold our second home after being on the market for only 20 days. If you want to sell your home and want it done right, call Michael Stroup.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is who you want to work with in Montgomery - he does this full-time, has a network of buyers and if your property has any issues that need to be addressed, he can help you manage and decide which repairs to pursue. You won't find a better realtor to work with whether you are a seller or buyer. He's first class and will outwork anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Michael through a Zillow cold call that he initiated. He presented himself professionally, was knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy or pressured about us using him. He introduced himself and told us he would help whenever we were ready. Once we figured out what we roughly wanted - he was our advocate and challenged us to look elsewhere to ensure we knew all our options. We were overseas then, and he helped us navigate and facilitated open houses, builder negotiations, walk-throughs, and countless video calls at all times of the day. He even went above and beyond once we closed and helped us with many other things, including finding landscaping services, fence quotes, checking on the house until we arrived, and more. We appreciate what he has done with us; he even gave us some perspective on future investment in real estate options. Beyond five stars in our books!

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot express our gratitude and deep appreciation for the way Michael served and blessed our family! We never questioned or doubted a single decision and suggestion provided by Michael because we know he is a man of integrity with a profound servant's heart. We had to very quickly move out of state, and Michael handled every single detail down to helping us clear out the items we had to leave behind and arranging landscaping work so that our home looked its best. Because of Michael's superb service and professionalism, we had a buyer in less than 2 weeks interested, and our home sold above the asking price. Michael Stroup is the elite in realty sales, the greatest of friends, and a blessing to all who cross his path. Thank you, Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was highly recommended by my son. He provided a very accurate appraisal and recommendation on how to proceed with the sale. He received several contacts within 24 hours of the listing, presented us with two offers, and we selected the offer that resulted in the sale. I would personally recommend Michael to others looking for a Realtor. He will be my Realtor for all future investments.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael spent a grueling three 8-10 hour days straight looking at houses with us. His knowledge of the Montgomery area/market is excellent. He not only represented our interests as the buyer, but went above and beyond by assisting the seller as well, as she had chosen a limited online agent. He has continued to assist after closing as well, by not just recommending local service professionals but actually helping to line up the work. I highly recommend Michael for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Montgomery area.

ZillowVERIFIED Y'all, I'm a retired real estate broker and worked in the field for many, many years, so believe me when I say that I know a good real estate agent when I talk to one. Michael Stroupe is one of the best agents I have not only met, but had the privilege to work with! He is a hard-working agent with a sincere, fun, loving, honest personality out of this world!! He is NOT lazy one bit and works hard for his clients! He communicates with you on a when-need-to-know basis so that your phone isn't constantly blowing up and wasting everybody's time! I love that he texts and calls me on every major decision. Every offer, no matter how dumb, he contacted me and let me make the decision as when I ask for his opinion, he gave me his honest and then ended it with "it's your decision to make". I LOVE that about an agent! He is not pushy at all ~ he listens to your needs and wants ~ he gives his honest opinion on what he believes is the best for your interest whether he agrees with you or not and always ends it with "it's your decision to make". He is the sweetest, nicest, dog-loving, animal-loving, real estate agent I've met or known in all of my years involving real estate!! I don't usually recommend real estate agents, but I totally recommend Michael Stroupe for all of your real estate needs and wants!! He works a lot of counties in Alabama which again is a plus for most only work the tri-county area. I live in Millbrook and he sold our river lot in Lowndes County within a month of listing it!! He worked it!! He communicated with me!! He sold it!! He's a good man! Listen to me when I say, Michael is a great real estate agent and would do you best to hire him!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is just that GOOD! He helped us navigate the process of selling our home and purchasing our new home. My husband and I never felt rushed, anxious, or overwhelmed with the often exhausting process of buying and selling. We met Michael after calling a few different realtors to help us sell our multifamily property. Michael called us back, met with us, and gave us realistic advice about how we need to move forward, and then executed.
