I wanted to know if one house was available, apparently these people cant answer a single question and instead of focused on getting your business. Why would I hire you to represent me if you wont answer my single question about the one property I was interested in. Leave me the heck alone. Never contact me again. I would never hire these people.

He is extremely responsive (phone/text/email) and knowledgeable: as a second-generation CT real estate agent, he knows the business inside out. He also has construction experience and was able to give us special insight into every house we looked at: when a roof or boiler would need to be replaced, signs of termite/flood damage or other structural problems, and more. He had our best interests at heart and demonstrated his integrity and honesty in negotiating on our behalf (including with other agents who were not always as straightforward or polite as he is). Mikes diligence and around-the-clock service were essential in getting us our new home. When he went on a brief family vacation, he arranged to have another (also very nice) agent show us our house the first day it was on the market ? and then he completed our offer while he was away, so we could submit it immediately.Most importantly, Mike genuinely enjoys his job and likes helping people find the perfect home, so visiting houses with him didnt feel like a chore. We never felt as if he was rushing us, even though we saw a bunch of houses and his days were packed (he was always going to another showing or closing after us). He provided us with a ton of information as well as a list of referrals for our mortgage broker, home inspector, and attorney, all of whom we felt comfortable choosing because he had recommended them. We also referred a coworker and his wife to Mike, and he immediately found them a great house, which theyre now in the process of buying. Through our search for a new house, Mr. Albert made himself available to show us many houses and explain to us the options that best fit for my family. He has been very honest and truthfull about all the details of any property. Thinking back about all the interested houses he showed us; driving with us from town to another, east to west, and south to north, he made houses available to be seen by my family on any day and at any time, and cutting his lunch break short so he can email me more information or contact a new house seller, the frustration he went through with loan agent when the bank delayed the process and how he nicely handled it to smooth things out, and even at the last minute before closing, Mr. Albert insisted to go and do a last house inspection by me and my wife and he met us there and he actually discovered some small issues that were set and solved gently by him at the closing time with the seller. All these events through the process of buying our home with the great help of Mr. Albert, we never seeing him without a nice smile in his face no matter what the situation was. I really can't thank Mr. Albert enough for all the things he had done for my family.
