We werent even in the state for the sale and Micah made the process as simple as possible.

He was especially helpfully in dealing with the people we bought the house from (builder and their lender since they paid all the closing if used theirs) because they were not helpful in communication department but Micah assured us it would all be over soon. Highly recommend Micah and if we ever decide to sell or buy another house we will use Micah again!!!!
