My parents had purchased a place in Sun City Summerlin a few years before and we got to know the area fairly well from when we stayed at their place. We are from Northern Virginia, where the weather can be pretty cold in the winter. This past spring, we decided that we wanted to split our time, snowbirding in Vegas in the cold months and enjoying Virginia in the warmer ones. We started googling Las Vegas real estate and thats where we came across Micah Bleechers were incredibly entertaining and informative. Although we had already decided that we wanted to be in Sun City Summerlin, his presentations gave us some perspective on the rest of the Citys 55+ retirement communities. Micahs discussions covered a variety of topics. They included such things as: How much do you need to retire in Vegas, What is the lock and leave lifestyle, lifestyle, Is Vegas safe, Fun things to do there; and many more. We chose Micah for his incredible empathy and attention to detail. Buying a home in Las Vegas is a lot different than buy one other parts of the country. The mechanics here are different. Whenever we had a question, Micah was there. He had the entire process for making an offer through settlement all mapped out. Buying a home can be stressful, but he and his team helped mitigate that to a large degree. Best of all, he is still watching after us two weeks after the settlement. We were lucky to find him!

ZillowVERIFIED I was thinking of making a move to Vegas and I saw Micah's videos on You Tube. Since I already had a trip to LV planned, I gave him a call and left a message. Micah returned my call in less than 20 minutes and we discussed what I was seeking in a new home. When we met in LV, we spent parts of 2 days looking at potential houses. Every home Micah showed me met my requirements, and based on what we were seeing, I refined what I was looking for to narrow my search. Micah then showed me a lot that was to be built on with a magnificent view whose planned home size was what I wanted. This is where I'm living now. I would highly recommend using Micah Bleecher as a realtor. He listens well. He provides good input. He made very effective use of my time. I never felt that I was being pressured to buy anything. Micah worked with me and I found what I was looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Micah helped us from afar with with his own tour videos, phone conferences and advice so that we could find our perfect home. There were a number of properties that looked great on the internet, but he would review all of our questions, use his expertise, and point out problems that ranged from the sounds of neighborhoods to repairs that might be needed. ZillowVERIFIED This guy is the most professional agent i have ever talked to. If you are in the market for a new home i recommend Micah Bleecher!! He has been helping me purchase my first home and he has been awesome. I really want something in Peccole Ranch because I love the trails, but right now they are not coming available that often. So, Micah set up some automatic alerts that lets me know what is for sale even before a property comes on the market. I have spoken to a lender but I'm still about 6 months away from being ready and Micah is giving me lots of good advice about saving money, not buying anything on credit and paying my credit cards down some. Micah is a breath of fresh air! He often sends emails to update me about new listings with what I'm looking for at my price range. He will go ahead and find any application/listing details about houses I've favorited without me having to beg for more information. He sends me application links and details on fees, and as I'm out of town he has visited rentals to give me video tours.
