Miao was fantastic to work with to sell my parents' house in Kenmore. It was a tough market and he (as well as his partner Emma Du) walked us through the entire process and helped us negotiate and sell for a great price. He is very responsive and I could count on him to keep me up-to-date and have eyes on the ground (as I was selling from California). He was willing to listen to our preferences and requests, but also guided us for the best next steps. He is very familiar with the local market and has great contacts in the industry as well.
