Barbara has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years. We enjoy working with first-time buyers, those trading up and those downsizing. The market has become more challenging due to stricter financing guidelines, but we enjoy helping our clients achieve their ultimate goals in selling and buying. Cant say enough great things about Miah (and we are not the easiest customers). Miah helped us navigate through the process of looking at several homes and the stressful times selling our house. After a rough year of house hunting...two bidding wars and no I house I was debating on giving up my search. I decided to try one more open house in a near by town that I had seen on Zillow. I was on my search with out a broker. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the house was how different Miah was. First she was smiling. She was a beautiful young woman that seemed like she didn't mind being there on a Saturday afternoon. Also she didn't pressure me to sign in and give my email address. YAY a big plus. She also let me just walk around and take in the beauty of the house. When I asked questions she was very informed about the house and answered the questions. I was used to being told by a broker I don't know I'm just covering for some one. Fast forward. Offer accepted now I am going through the inspection. I was very overwhelmed and nervous. Miah listened to my worries, calmed me down, gave me time to process and then I was fine. She helped me find a lawyer to close and communicate to the wonderful sellers all along the way. Remember she wasn't my broker. Talk about going above and beyond...Miah's the best!
