We have been an award-winning mother-daughter team for the last 21 years. Barbara has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years. We enjoy working with first-time buyers, those trading up and those downsizing. We enjoy listing and selling condominiums, single families, land, multi-families, income properties and more. We are also trained in relocation work and have received several relocation awards.

We believe in spending time with our clients so that they feel comfortable in their decisions to buy or sell real estate. We are the antithesis of pushy real estate agents. Making a successful purchase or sale of real estate today takes a lot of understanding about pricing, local statistics, neighborhoods, schools and more.

The market has become more challenging due to stricter financing guidelines, but we enjoy helping our clients achieve their ultimate goals in selling and buying. We can't promise that every transaction is smooth these days due to unforeseen circumstances, but we can promise we will have the best resources and team to guide you as seamlessly through the process as possible.

Barbara graduated with honors from Rhode Island School of Design.

Miah has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Boston University, Magna Cum Laude.

It is important that we give back to the local & global community so we volunteer for causes close to our hearts. Some of our favorite charities that we support are Sunshine Kids, Bright Prospect and Feeding America.

Barbara knits, gardens & enjoys spending time with her family & two dogs. Miah enjoys writing, yoga & traveling.
