I purchased a property with Mia Crew as my agent. Mia located a property that met my budget, has the square footage that I needed, and was ideal for what I was looking for. She was patient and keep me on tract with all documents that were required of me. The inspection of the property showed that there were some issues with the HVAC. Mia's negotiation skills, and knowledge were on point . She worked on my behalf and had the seller to contribute the funds to take care of the issue. I used one of the lenders that Mia referred. They did an excellent job which made the process less stressful. We were able to close earlier than the original stated date. I have purchased and sold a number of properties however this experience was the best .

Mia was referred to me by one of my friends. I decided to work with her on the purchase of our first home in 2016. She was very involved, educated us, and looked out for our families best interest when selecting our home. When we learned our family was growing we decided to work with Mia of the sale of that property and purchase of our current property.
