He helped us evaluate each one of them against our requirements and was very helpful pointing out additional pros and cons of each property. Once we decided on a home, he helped us negotiate for the home and was responsible for getting the home at a price lower than what we were willing to pay. Buying the house while living the bay area was also super easy. The offer and the closing was all done via Docusign and was completely seamless. I really have never worked with a better real estate agent.
