ZillowVERIFIED Merrie Johnson listened to what I was looking for and what areas I was looking in. She knows the areas and knew the does and don'ts of the areas. Merrie did not rush the showings and had lists of homes I seen on Zillow and others I did not see that matched my discription. Kerrie worked magic with the seller to get a deal I could not turn down. Merrie Johnson and her team was the best in home buying. Thank you Merrie Johnson Team.

ZillowVERIFIED In 2012 we had a house fire. We decided to move instead of rebuilding. We contacted Merrie Johnson and told her what we were looking for. She helped us find the perfect house. She is very knowledgeable on the structures on a house which helps you to know exactly what you are buying. We have lived in our home a little over six years, and we love it just as much as when we moved in.Her team will not just find you a house, they will find you a place that you will be happy to call home. I highly recommend the Merrie Johnson Team to find you exactly what you are looking for. Mrs. R. Clark

ZillowVERIFIED I started my house hunting in January of 18 and struggled for many many months to find the right home for me. It began to be a stressful and not a fun experience until I got introduced to Merrie in August of 18. Merrie was very excited to help me find my first home, since I'm only 24 looking for a home. Merrie had found a home she thought I would like within a few weeks of meeting her and I fell in love with it. We made an offer that day and I am now a proud home owner at 24 years old. Thank you Merrie very much for everything you have done to help me, you made my not so great experience, a wonderful one!

ZillowVERIFIED Merrie did a fantastic job with my sons 1st home purchase. She is a very thorough and professional agent, with your vision in sight. She does not give up until she finds the house that is right for you. We had a slight hiccup after move in and she was right on it to make sure it was resolved. She visited the house to make sure the concern was satisfactory completed. We would definitely recommend her, as the go to real estate agent, to make sure you get the service you deserve. ZillowVERIFIED Merrie was the 2nd realtor that I engaged with when I was looking to purchase a home in the East Village of Flint. I told her specifically what neighborhood I was looking in, my price range, the fact that I didn't want to do a lot of work in a house (taking down old wall paper), and the sorts of things I preferred in a home. Merrie was exceedingly responsive to phone calls and text messages throughout the process. She asked me to keep my Saturday morning clear (on Tuesday) and arranged 5 home visits that were exactly what I was looking for. We knocked out all of our visits by 2:00 on Saturday and put in an offer on a home the following day, which was accepted by the seller. Merrie walked me through the closing and made the process simple and painless. Her knowledge of VA home lones was She even came to my housewarming party :) I very much recommend Merrie. She was very candid and transparent through our process, which was exactly what I needed.

She provided terrific advice and handled all the little details which eased the process for us from 75 miles away. She also ensured our expectations were reasonable and we closed within 40 days of listing. All correspondence and engagement with her is absolutely professional, expedient, and high quality while at the same time making you feel as though you are her top priority. ZillowVERIFIED Merrie is a professional, skilled agent. She knows the market she serves. She offered the public an open house and our home was under contract within a week. When our asking price was countered with a lower purchase price she was objective in her thinking, honest in her response, and ready to use her wisdom to negotiate the best price for us, without blowing the deal entirely. She knows her stuff and is cool under pressure. We were especially impressed how after the deal was done and we were moved, she made sure the final utility bill was paid and what was leftover sent to us in a timely fashion, out of state. We would recommend her to others who wish the best potential in selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Merrie by Veterans United. As a Vet seeking to utilize my VA Home Loan benefit, I was told that Merrie was very knowledgeable in the VA Loan process and was highly recommended. I was not disappointed and so glad I had her representing me as a buyer agent. Merrie was attentive in our search, the offer, and then during the closing for our new home. She is professional and very personable. She treated us like friends and my wife and I were amazed at how quickly she picked up on our wants and desires in a new home during the search process. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!
