We were undecided on making certain cosmetic repairs or not and Merri walked us through both scenarios and what to expect in the sales process. We opted to make the cosmetic repairs so that we could get top value for our home. The team had professional photos done that really highlighted our home without distorting it or making it seem more/less then what it is. Within a few hours of having professional photos our home was on the market by Friday evening and quickly jumped to the top of Zillow for our area. Our first full day on the market we had 10+ showings and by Sunday we had an offer above list price. I was also in need of a rent back and Merri negotiated 3 full weeks at no cost to us to remain in the home to prepare for our move across country. Through the process Merri and her team kept us updated so we did not have to seek out information & when we had random questions we were always met with quick if not immediate response.
