ZillowVERIFIEDMerna & Sanabel are a power team! They helped me secure my house in less than a week in a highly competitive market. I had been looking to buy or rent in a town thats a mile long so you can imagine the challenge. Id jump on rentals I liked and response time just wasnt there. Merna booked me to tour ASAP and Sanabel showed up with knowledge and great energy! She really made me comfortable, not with just the home but she also informed me about the landlord, giving me the confidence I needed to move forward. The entire transaction from tour, landlord meeting and lease signing literally took a couple days. I toured Monday and was in my home by Friday. I'm so grateful! Highly recommend if youre looking for A1 service. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Merna's the person you want by your side as you're navigating the overwhelming and complex home-buying process in NJ. She's not only sharp, but she's someone you'll genuinely enjoy being around. She quickly picks up on what you're looking for, finding excellent options to suit your needs. She consistently follows through which made me feel much more comfortable throughout this process knowing she's always on top of it and just a text or phone call away if I need anything. It's no coincidence she's been the number one realtor in the area for however long now, she's literally the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Merna Georges Testino wise the biggest help ever! My husband and I got married and shortly after wanted to buy a house. The first day that she took us househunting we made an offer and now we are living in the beautiful house that she herself chose for us. She did not waste our time showing us houses that didnt have all of the things that we requested. She knew and listened to exactly What we asked for and literally handed it to us on a gold platter! If it wasnt for Merna we would not be in the beautiful house that we are in now.

ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Merna by my loan officer. Merna is knowledgeable, informative, resourceful, but most of all reliable and responsive. She get to know you as an individual and what your needs are. She went above and beyond for me. She would answer all emails, text, or calls no matter how early or late. She is the kind of person you want to represent you. She is dedicated!!! Not only does she understand real estate but she know alot about the finances as well. She never pretend to know everything but she would direct you to the right person. She would know who to contact for inspection, lawyers, cleaners which was great for me because I needed so much help. I knew nothing going in. But we spent a great 6-7 months together and I love my home. Thank you Merna for being great, respectful, resourceful, and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Merna is a top notch realtor. She was my realtor in the sale of my condominum in Hackensack, NJ. She is extremely dependable, honest, and went above and beyond to make the sale of my apartment happen. She is honest, dependable, knowledgable, and caring. She was a constant support every step of the way, and I really called on her for everything during the process- so much that I feel like she is family. Merna is extremely responsive via email or text, and answers every question with the most care and professionalism. My plan is to call on Merna with my next purchase, and I will recommend her over and over again without hesitation. I hit the jackpot when I met her.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so happy I found Merna Georges to help me purchase a home. I went though a few extremely unprofessional realtors before I met Merna. I could not have been more happy with the level of service Merna Georges provided me as my realtor. Merna was a godsent to me, I thought I would never find a home in my price range. However, Merna went to bat for me, and found me the house of my dreams by negotiating at a great discount off the listing price. Merna Georges is an honest, smart, & reliable realtor. My family and I will be grateful to Merna forever.

ZillowVERIFIED Merna was by far the greatest realtor I have ever met. She helped my husband Jeff and I find our first home. We met with several other realtors before but she really stood out. We didn't know much about purchasing a home but she was extremely patient, understanding and knowledgeable. She made the process as easy as possible and always made time for us whenever we had questions or concerns. As first time buyers I'm very happy we choose Merna. She is dedicated to help others find their dream home and what more can you ask for in a realtor! I would highly recommend her for any future endeavors.
