Merlin sold my house last year and his professionalism was very much appreciated. I had to short sale my home and it was a very stressful time for me. He really went the extra mile and basically held my held throughout the whole transaction. I would recommend Merlin for all of your real estate needs.Linda

I found my family with a serious problem when the home we leased had been lost to a bank and the owner did not let us know until it was time to move. Needing a home & fast, Mr DeCoud was not only able to help us buy our first home but found us a home fast. Our experience was so smooth, handled very professional and with respect. Being first time buyers, Mr DeCoud and his staff were with us all the way. We have a home now and we are blessed to have had this experience with him.

My home buying experience with Mr. De Coud was unbelievable. Others had been unable to help. Within days of contacting Mr. De Coud about a house I saw on Zillow we had an owner accepted offer.Mr. De Coud's comments were to start packing. His finance reps. were working with me immediately 14 days later Escrow open and after one visit with signing agent 30 days later I a new home owner. Now how sweet was that. I could believe how smooth the entire process went. The Agent and his reps. Really had their act together.Jim McKinney, MOVALProud New Owner

Merlin did a great job getting us our home. Right now the market is hard for buyers that aren't paying cash. But Merlin got our offer excepted 72 hours after the house was listed. He even negotiated the selling price down from asking price, and in this market that's rare! Homes are bringing over asking price. Escrow closed within 30 days!
