ZillowVERIFIEDMerlin did a great job getting us our home. Right now the market is hard for buyers that aren't paying cash. But Merlin got our offer excepted 72 hours after the house was listed. He even negotiated the selling price down from asking price, and in this market that's rare! Homes are bringing over asking price. Escrow closed within 30 days!
