I've worked with realtors who are 'knowledgeable', or 'responsive', 'the local leader' etc., but never someone who actually puts in the hard work AND fits those descriptions, as Meredith does. She was incredibly responsive and enthusiastic throughout our process of finding a new home (and in a new city for us, no less), showing us the many homes we wanted to see (even ones I'm sure she knew were a wild goose chase) so that we could be sure about our choice.
