Upon meeting us, Meredith handed us 2 pages of information that proved invaluable, including a calendar of the events between having an offer accepted and closing on the home. Meredith had recommendations for both our financial and home inspection / repair needs. She was available to help and knowledgable both about the neighborhood and the LEED certification of the building; she answered every question there was. It was very reassuring to know we had Meredith on our side. There is no question that when we look to buy a home in the Denver area, Meredith will be our first call.

I've worked with realtors who are 'knowledgeable', or 'responsive', 'the local leader' etc., but never someone who actually puts in the hard work AND fits those descriptions, as Meredith does. She was incredibly responsive and enthusiastic throughout our process of finding a new home (and in a new city for us, no less), showing us the many homes we wanted to see (even ones I'm sure she knew were a wild goose chase) so that we could be sure about our choice. Once under contract, she was patient, intelligent, and firm in her negotiations with the seller. We firmly believe we got a fantastic deal on our house thanks to Meredith's persistence. At no point did we feel pressured to make a hasty decision or that Meredith was pushing the transaction with her commission in mind. If anything, she was excellent about pushing us away from lousy options we initially felt excited about. Our experience with Meredith truly set her apart in our minds as a top 5% realtor in terms of the experience and outcome for her clients, and we have worked with many over the years. She was knowledgeable about warning signs to look for in houses, knew the local neighborhoods, and was a great sound board for what I was thinking throughout the process. Meredith was extremely easy to reach and I never felt like I couldnt get ahold of her. Meredith did a great job helping me negotiate and fought to save me extra money even when I considered it a lost cause. I was ready to move on and she made sure I got the extra savings.
