This would not have been possible if her communication and willingness to use all available means to make sure she found exactly what we were looking for. She even took video walkthroughs of the house while it was being finished and photos and measurements so we could plan at distance.She found a new construction home that was going to be completed in our time frame and was excellent at helping coordinate everything between the builder, listing agent, escrow, and our lender who were all in separate states. Her attention to detail, honest communication with us helped relieve the uncertainty and stress of remotely buying a home in a very competitive housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie was an amazing asset to have on our side when looking for our forever home. She worked within our parameters of price, and what we liked and shared her honest opinions about homes we were interested in - which was very valuable! When our dream home came back on the market, after a failed sale, I received an update through my email and instantly showed it to Julie. She had us viewing the home within 24 hours, which was a bid deal since the home already had another bid! We ended up rushing out to the home hours before we had previously discussed because she was told the sellers were going to consider the bids sooner than anticipated. After viewing the home we placed our bid instantly as she had prepped it already and found out that evening that it had been accepted. That was the ONLY easy part of the sale, Julie had to navigate situations that should not have happened as we moved forward and she took on so much more than what she was getting paid for (in my opinion). I am so glad we had her on our side, and at the end of it all when we finally finalized the sale she left us a beautiful personalized wooden sign and a bottle of wine to celebrate. Julie went above and beyond, and we're so grateful to have had her as our realtor!

We were incredibly impressed with how organized, knowledgeable, responsible and efficient she was from day one. Once we found the right house and the purchase process continued, it became clear that she was completely invested and there to fight for the best deal for us in every way. Even though there was another offer on the house, she was confident she could make our offer more appealing and counseled us and offered advice from her experience. Once our offer was accepted she continued to proactively addresses the inspection, and repair negotiation. It was a challenging process with the VA and complications with our loan. It was a stressful time at points, but Meredith was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We typically received updates from her before the mortgage company. She was on top of every detail of our purchase and addressed every issue that arose almost immediately even when she was out of town. We had complete faith in her ability to take care of our family and make this purchase work for us. We cant recommend her enough.

We cycled through several agents. It took us a while to find her- thankfully we did! I cant say enough about Meredith- but here are a few things that set her apart: 1. Availability! Meredith was ready to show us houses at all hours (even the 4th of July!) This was imperative in the Portland market, where houses sell sometimes the first day theyre listed. 2. Patience! We probably drug her to 100+ properties. We sometimes came with a large posse. I was a picky buyer who couldnt always articulate why I didnt like a place that hit all my aEURoewants.aEUR? She always accommodated us with a positive attitude and humor. 3. Knowledge! Meredith has the experience that buyers need! She knows the Portland area inside and out, and can tell you all about the repairs and maintenance a potential home will need. 4. Negotiator! In a market as competitive as ours, you need someone who can help you win your bid, and can fight for the terms you want. She put our needs first in an assertive way with integrity. Meredith with the cooperation of another associate really educated us on so many opptions and it wasn't long before she found us a great property in Sunriver. However this is were the work for her started (for all of us) as it was a long negotiation process with a few stops and starts. She not only stuck with us but helped guide us and proactively kept everyone on track. We really felt like she was commited to us. Also being remote buyers she made it very convenient by going the extra mile to take care of things since we were remote. For example she took the time to open our property up for the cable company even after the sale was complete. This is just one of many times she went our of her way.
