ZillowVERIFIEDAbout Mercedes Dunne from Adam and I! Mercedes was super helpful in our recent house search in a competitive market. Quick, decisive but not rushed. Coordinated well with seller realtor and worked through a handful of contingencies in negotiations. Connected us with a solid inspector to help ease any worries for the bones of the house. Would recommend for anyone looking for a realtor in the area who wants to genuinely help you find a good property and aligns with what youre looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED She put lots of effort into finding me a home that fits me and helped work things out when the seller wasnt being too nice in the end she got them to pay for an extra cost cuz they messed up and tried to blame it on me

ZillowVERIFIED Mercedes is not only our forever realtor but new friend! We were working with another agent that did not truly deep into what we were looking for. When we met Mercedes she cared to know more about us and what our dream home looked like. She spent her time looking for the right properties and jumped on them when the right ones came up. Could not recommend her enough! When it came time for the inspections and reapirs she was on top of the listing agent to assure the repairs were completed correctly and even fought for us when we did our walk-through and the house was not up to our clean-standards! 10/10 would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mercedes is real sharp on knowing how much to list a house for and how much to offer for a house. She did great for me. She showed my house to buyers pointing out the value added in my house. Also stayed in touch with the buyers realtor throughout the process. She also went with me to the condo I'm buying and offered less than the selling price by pointing out things that may need done. She also made it easy to sign all electronic information and made it easy to comprehend. Bob C.

ZillowVERIFIED Deciding to sell and buy during Covid-19 and the current state of the economy was a very stressful decision for my family. If it wasn't for the guidance and knowledge that Mercedes brought I would not have felt comfortable. She went above and beyond for my family. Her enthusiasm during the process kept me going. I highly recommend using Mercedes for any of you buying and selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED From the start, Mercedes took command of the property logistics, staging ideas, photos, and showings with genuine enthusiasm and positive energy. Her efforts paid off quickly. Mercedes secured a full cash offer within 24 hours of listing the property. Her positivity and solid communication continued through the inspection process to closing. I recommend Mercedes very highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Mercedes Dunne was extremely helpful when my roommates and I were looking for a new apartment. She knew that everything would have to move fast since it was a busy time to look for apartments. She was able to get us viewing for the locations same day which was great and she made sure to keep contact to not lose any places we were interested in. She asked for plenty of details about the new place we were looking for in order to find the right one. We needed a move in date of no sooner than July 15th and she worked with the landlord to make sure we moved in at that date instead of the other date they were looking for. She also made signing the lease so easy and fast instead of having to scan the lease back and forth between my roommates and myself. She is was very patient and knew people that owned the places that would go on the market. Will definitely need her help again next time I move.
