ZillowVERIFIED Melvina is the best real estate agent we've ever had; she sold our investment home in a snap by pulling out all stops to get the best price for us, so we of course decided to use her to sell our commercial property. This lady is persistent, never wavered from our price point nor, did she make us feel bad for it after her bringing us several offers that we weren't interested in. She kept our best interest in mind first and foremost however long it would take, and she did it! She got us the fair price she had been fighting for and represented us in the most professional manner. We very highly recommend her for both selling residential and commercial properties. Thank you so much for your wonderful service, we love you!

ZillowVERIFIED Melvina is truly an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling your home. She worked tirelessly over the last two years to help my husband & I purchase our first home. Anyone looking to buy a home right now understands the volatility of the current housing market. But Melvina advocated for us and never gave up; even when we wanted to. Not only is she a skilled realtor and expert negotiator, but she helped us stay positive over this long and grueling process until she negotiated the purchase of our first home. Its no surprise she was ranked #16 in the nation by Century 21. Her professional accomplishments are truly a testament to her skill as a realtor. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we are forever grateful for her assistance and expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED I have know Melvina for 15 years. She was my buying agent for my new home at that time in 2006. She was right by my side every step of the way. Then a young and single first time home buyer, she made all my worries about homeownership very simple. She always kept in contact with me after the purchase and was also there anytime I had a question or a need. I made the decision to sell my home and move pretty far away. The demands were high as far as showings in the market and she understood my stresses of this HUGE decision and life change. She held my hand once again and made the stressors of selling a home a lot easier. I am thankful to have found not only a realator for life but someone I consider a true friend. Thank you, Melvina for not only your experetise in this field but also understading the peronal experiences that go on with selling and buying as well as knowing your client. I appreciate all that you have done for me and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want to get it done, get your house sold in a timely matter, call Melvina. Melvina has a skill set that puts her a cut above the best performing real estate agents. She has worked with us on two properties. Selling one property well above both the asking and the market. Buy a property, positioning us in a sweet spot, as a buyer with the property selling this year under appraisal, and the value of the property 90k above what we purchased. Weather buying or selling, believe me, Melvina gets it done. You will be glad you used her! Do yourself a favor, call Melvina.

ZillowVERIFIED Melvina is the best! She knows the housing market and priced our house perfectly for a fast sale! We had multiple offers in less that a week. Whenever we had a question, she responded quickly, and on at least one occasion (where we could not resolve over the phone) she took the time to come over to our house and work through the questions with us. We would definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Melvina is an outstanding Realtor! We sold our house in record time while residing in a different state. It could have been very difficult and complex, but Melvina was patient and helpful through our entire sale. She worked extremely hard for us, including meeting contractors, workers, and inspectors to make sure everything was done correctly and we were well prepared for listing. She was respectful of our wishes and needs as we went along. Melvina is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and business savvy! There isn't anything that gets by her, and she protected us at every turn.We are so very grateful to have found Melvina -- she truly went above and beyond at every step of our journey. She was willing to do whatever it took to make sure everything was handled. If you need to sell your house, and you want it done quickly and well, contact Melvina!

ZillowVERIFIED I had already listed with two other agents before Melvina and the first one brought us zero offers and the second only 1. The second agents offer was far below what we purchased the house for. First agent had the house for about a year and the second for 7 months. Melvina brought us an buyer in the FIRST week. It was unbelievable. And the offer was much higher than the previous one. Slick TV ad agents who just want your listing dont always deliver. The second agent is one of those and he NEVER came by the house the whole time he had the listing. In fact he left the original agents yard sign up the whole six months. Why would he not take the previous agents sign down? Melvina brought us our buyer immediately and now our house is sold. There were some complications and she sailed us through them. So smooth and effortless. She is totally worth your consideration. Two of our neighbors used her and their houses sold almost immediately as well. She was very highly recommended as I am now doing. Don't bother with the slick talkers. Go with someone who knows how to SELL your house. I have heard she is just as good on the buying side so I would use her to buy as we.. you can count on Melvina!

ZillowVERIFIED Melvina is an awesome real estate broker. We have known her for more than 10 years and she has helped us find properties and if it wasnt for her we never would have found our home. She is bright and always energetic and an expert in the field. She has a level of tenacity to find a property, secure a deal and always represents you interest. In my opinion, she is the best real estate agent in San Diego. I would not hesitate to recommend her for you, relatives or friends. She is really the best there is for San Diego.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the responsibility of selling my Aunt's home recently and that was not an easy thing to do. This is a home she has lived in almost all of her married life, that we as a family have had a million memories at, so it was not easy. I asked for referrals from friends and selected her because in observing how she responded initially to my questions, I knew we would work together well. I, without any hesitation, highly recommend Melvina Selfani - she was an absolute rock star. Melvina is such a professional. She is quick, thorough, responsive, compassionate, driven, hard working, communicates and explains things well and knows how to deal with challenging situations with grace and care. She brought so much comfort and ease with what quickly became a stressful because with the complication of Covid19 mid sale. Add to that - she is a beautiful human being. I am so grateful for having been referred to her and so happy I chose to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I enthusiastically recommend Melvina Selfani to anyone looking for a smart and dynamic real estate broker who knows how to get a home sold quickly and for top dollar. She and her team are exceptional in every way. Through her hard-work, knowledge, high energy and marketing saavy, I received a full-priced, cash offer for my home after just four days on the market. Selling one's home can be very stressful and Melvina was engaged throughout the entire process, from our first meeting through the close of escrow, and I am in her debt.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our income properties for sale with Melvina Selfani after listing with two other brokerages over many months with no success. We decided to work with Melvina due to her established professional reputation, and our feeling that her personality, tireless work ethic, and proven results for other sellers would be a welcome change from the less enthusiastic and much less proactive agent/brokerage combinations we worked with previously. In short order, Melvinas relentless drive, focused determination, positive and cheerful attitude, and consistent informative communication were clearly evident and resulted in a successful sale.We were so pleased with Melvina that we listed another property to sell with her team. Our Sincere Thanks and Gratitude to Melvina Selfani for a job Well Done!

When it was our turn to sell our home, we KNEW we wanted to go with her and no one else. Melvina made the impossible- POSSIBLE!! With only a month in place - she not only assured us but delivered with flying colors! Her assistant was an awesome extension of hers!! Dealing with him was also very pleasant!! How your house is marketed, and how pictures are taken posted is EVERYTHING, and he did an amazing job!! My house looked so beautiful when put on the market, I truly didn't realize how good it could look in an image. Knowing aEURoehowaEUR? to capture the essence of a home was his expertise - I am also very thankful and grateful for his hard work!! ZillowVERIFIED In short words, after 5 months of looking for a house, my sister called me and said try and call Melvina for 2 minutes and thank me later. I called Melvina, and she said tell me briefly what's on your mind regarding a house. 3 days later, she sends me a list of homes. and few days afterwards, I gave my current home an offer and was accepted and she negotiated the final prices to best. Later I realized that she was the one who bought my sister her great house and my brother's lovely condo. She bought 3 houses for me and my family. she is and will be my family agent.

Melvina responded to our numerous emails, calls, and texts and made sure everything stayed on schedule.
