We were looking at places in St. Augustine, but we didn't think purchasing one would become a reality until we met Melvin. He listened to what we told him we were looking for in a place, and he diligently showed us places until we found one that was perfect for us. He was always super quick to respond to messages and find answers to any questions we had. His knowledge of the processes involved with purchasing property is extensive, and every contact he referred us to, whether for financing or inspections, was just as helpful and knowledgeable as he is. We have worked with several other realtors for other properties over the years, and Melvin is by far the best. Highly recommend, we can't say enough good about him.

Melvin was awesome to work with. As out-of-staters looking to buy in Florida he was so flexible with schedules and would even visit properties alone and facetime us in so we could see. He was honest about everything we saw and was super patient. We worked with him for well over a year. Even after closing we remain in touch and he has a great network of contacts for people new to the area. I honestly couldnt recommend him enough. Anyone who has the pleasure to work with him will truly be impressed with how he operates in all facets.

Melvin was amazing throughout the whole process! We had already moved ACROSS the country before we sold. Melvin took care of everything! This man here is a God sent. I worked with 2 other realtors before I came across Melvin and if I wouldnt have come across him I probably would have stopped my search for awhile. As this is, or I guess I should say was, my first home purchase I knew it came with stress but my first 2 realtors didnt make me feel as if my concerns or wants for my first home were important. I had done extensive planning prior to starting the process and had my goals/wants laid out. Upon connecting with Melvin he responded immediately and was all listening ears for what I wanted then asked if I was ready to start looking then, within 20 minutes he called me back with a list of properties I had sent him he had it all mapped out so we could go tour them. After my offer went in he didnt slow down, his communication between me the lender, title company, ect stayed consistent and any questions I had he had the answer to and if he didnt he gave me the resources to get the answer I needed or got it for me. First time homebuyers or not come to Melvin and I can guarantee your experience will be one youll remember for a lifetime over.
