Its important to have a realtor that is professional, responsive and just gets things done. We had several obstacles that made our listing far from straight forward. My job is demanding, and the last thing I had time for was that. We started with a dated property that needed a face lift, she organized contractors, assisted with finish selections, and even picked out fixtures! She knew where to spend money and where not to.
