Without Melody, I dont think we would have accomplished our goal- to find a house with some land within 30-40 minutes of the University of SC that met all items on our checklist. Melody was always available, she connected us with a great realtor to assist us with selling our old house, connected us with the lender who funded our loan, met with us at last-minute notice to look at houses, and convinced us to look at a house we didnt think would work but ended up being absolutely perfect. With her help, our bid was selected by the owners and we now have a great house. If you want to buy or sell a house Melody is the one you want to work with.
