Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

First Step, to meet with a Real Estate professional that will explain the buying process and see if they are ready to apply for a loan. If they are to get a Pre-Approval from a reputable lender, before visiting homes.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

I would tell them that the value is determined by the market conditions and how much a buyer would be willing to pay for their home. That staging is important, and professional pictures are a must. And who they hire will make an impact on how much they will NET and how fast the home will sell.

Sellers upgrading homes, First Time Home buyers, Downsizing, Relocation, Referrals, Divorcing court order sales, Investors, Multi Family, 1030 Exchanges, HUD Homes, REO, Foreclosures

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

It was a seller that wanted to Downsize and his house was so unique in that subdivision that he was afraid that he will not be able to get the correct value for his house, we did a Mega Open House and he was able to get a full price offer for the home within days of being in the market.

I was 16 years old when I knew that I wanted to be a Realtor, I loved the idea of helping people for a living.

When it came to selling our home, I was nervous. There was a lot riding on the sale of our home. Our future was riding on the sale of our property and that meant a lot was going to ride on the realtor we chose. To further our dilemma our home, was a complicated sell, it was a multi-family home, with sq. ft. and building style unlike anything else in the county (we know we looked).
