ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa is absolutely incredible. She has been our agent for buying a house twice and she sold our last property. I have recommended her to every person Ive known that has bought/sold but unfortunately for them they already had an agent. Shes knowledgeable and was quick to respond to every question weve had. Shes super fun to work with and she is an aggressive go getter, definitely the agent you want on your side. We just bought our dream house and I really dont think we would have gotten it without her, she got us a same day viewing of the house, 5 hours before they were going to accept an offer and she worked miracles on getting our house sold right on time. We had the empty property broken into as we were going through the process of buying and we didnt feel safe. She was an angel and got us a security system for our door the day we moved in. She has continued to go above and beyond as our agent and we will be calling her again some day!

ZillowVERIFIEDI used Melissa to purchase a home late in 2017, and regret doing so. If you want an agent to keep you updated on what is going on, look elsewhere. If you want an agent that will suggest a good inspector, look elsewhere. If you want to have a process that doesnt make you want to scream or cry, look elsewhere. A few of the many issues I had were: having to call her boss for an update because she could not be bothered, having no hot water when I moved in because they left the power on with no water in the tank, suggesting an inspector that was a complete joke. Now while selling my home Im finding out just how much she screwed me over. Dont say I didnt warn you.
