ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to sell the house I inherited from my mother which was built in 1825. As it was an older home that my mother had lived in for 70 years, I was worried there wouldn't be many buyers interested. After interviewing three realtors (all good), I chose Melissa Weidner as she had the most 2019/2020 experience and sales in Eden, New York. This was in March of 2020. Melissa is very vibrant, enthusiastic person and had everything set up in a matter of days, including an open house. Within a couple of days of the open house we received an offer which we countered, but the buyers withdrew their offer. Fortunately we had a second offer come in that same day. A price was agreed upon and the house sold. Keep in mind this was during the Covid-19 pandemic when all government offices were closed, house inspectors weren't allowed to inspect homes on penalty of losing licenses and there was NO such thing as business as usual! Melissa kept on top of everything like a champ and kept the ball rolling. The legal firm Melissa recommended came through with flying colors and we had the money on 10 June 2020, less than 3 months from first contact. Melissa is the BEST!

WRONG!I requested comps on a home at about 6pm, she stated I'd have them that night because she had to get a contract out. Looking back, obviously I was not a priority - It did not happen & no call to explain there may have been a delay. My roommates at the time were looking for a house when I was, they went through THREE realtors as theirs never got back to them. Melissa calls, texts, and responded to me 24/7, night/day, even when she was on vacation in FL at a pro basketball game...we locked in my house at an amazing deal. When negotiating she added items such as a 1 yr warranty that I would not have thought of...and also explained other options to negotiate with along with price.After my house closed without incident, she continued to follow up with me. She is fast responding, long term relationship realtor.
