Melissa was amazing and we feel very lucky that we had her as our realtor. The selling process is stressful, but Melissa and her assistant made it easy, walking us through all the steps. We started with her about 6 months before we listed. She walked through our home, told us what we should update, and when we were out of town she even worked with the painter and gardener on our behalf. She was spot on about what we needed to do to the home to get it ready to put on the market. She also told us about a program through Compass that enabled us to receive funds interest free to fix up the home., We listed on a Thursday and on the following Tuesday we had multiple offers. We sold our home for $145,000 over the asking price. Her negotiations skills were great! Melissa is so knowledgeable, and her assistant too.
