Melissa (and Brian) is my only Real Estate Agent for the rest of time. In 2015 there was a house listed for sale on Cherry St. I really wanted to tour it. Melissa may have been the listing agent (cant remember for sure), I contacted her and she met us to tour the home. We werent in the financial situation to purchase yet and we definitely werent pre-approved. But Melissa knows the value of building relationships. She showed us the home with zero expectations. Over the last 7 years, Melissa has made time for us to tour different homes from time to time. Weve purchased 4 and sold 1. I truly consider Melissa a friend, and my own personal Realtor. We have gotten the pleasure of working with Melissa two times over the last few years. She helped us buy our starter home, and has now helped us list and sell that home and purchase our next home for our growing family. She made each process extremely smooth, and truly worked to go the extra mile for us. She hosted showings all over the county without batting an eye while we tried to figure out which area would be best for our family. She provided detailed knowledge about the different areas including, home values, conveniences, trends, and local history. When viewing homes, she kept a watchful eye for any potential issues and was able to give us information on the ballpark costs of potential projects/fixes so that we were able to make informed decisions. She also went above and beyond and helped us source a lender for a somewhat tricky buying scenario. Additionally, Melissa is very prompt and efficient in her communication and stayed on top of any and all deadlines for paperwork, inspections, and listing and closing criteria; we never had to worry about being behind schedule or missing any steps. She has always answered any questions we had thoroughly and effectively making sure that we were fully informed throughout the buying/selling process. On top of being phenomenal at her job, Melissa is also a truly kind individual who cares about her clients. We have never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision while working with her and genuinely know that she has our best interest at heart.
