ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home under normal circumstances is stressful; under abnormal circumstances, more so. Melissa and I had a comfortable relationship over an eight month time frame (that long because of events outside her control.) I felt that my opinions were considered and I always valued her advice and counsel. The best thing I can say about Melissa Vetter is I've dealt with around 10 realtors in my life and not all realtors are the same. Melissa is one of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Melissa was an amazing partner in the sale of our house while we were out of state. She attended other local open houses in order to help determine right sale price; helped oversee clean out and house prep. Helped analyze and vet various offers. She even stopped by weekly for house checks (she did this without asking). Melissa is an exceptional broker that helped make a difficult process as easy as possible for us and I cant recommend her enough. She was key in getting us a price that was well above our expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so lucky to have found Melissa! From the start it was clear she was very knowledgeable about the area as well as comfortable in this incredibly competitive market. She always offered great advice when it came to negotiating throughout the home buying process. She did this while never being pushy and always with so much positivity! She also was available to speak with us and clarify any and all questions we had almost on a daily basis. While she is a true professional, she is also just a very warm and lovely person which was such an added bonus when dealing with the stress that comes with home buying. In this kind of market, Melissa is the person you want helping you find your new home!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I really enjoyed working with Melissa to find a home in RVC! We needed a home relatively quickly in a market with low inventory and high prices and she helped us stay rational and navigate the whole process. She knew what we were looking for and helped us stay focused on it. She gave her honest opinion about the homes we saw and she didn't push us or let us settle for anything less than we wanted. When we finally found the right home she walked us through the bidding process and helped us secure the deal. She is honest, trust worthy and was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was incredibly patient with us as we had to solve several challenges prior to buying a house. She understood and instead of saying, "call me when you're ready", she kept sending listings, talking to us about the town, and making sure we moved fast when the time came. She is attentive to details and thoughtful, and we always felt she asked the right questions when we visited a house that made us feel we had all the information we needed. Thank you Melissa!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa Vetter is the ultimate professional and an extremely caring and hard working person. Upon hearing from a neighbor that we were listing our house, she put together a very comprehensive folder about the service she provides. We were ready to sell when Covid had everything locked down. Despite the fact that we hadn't even selected her as an agent yet, she was super responsive and provided information about when and how houses would be able to be shown. Once we selected her, she had professional pictures done and had an inspector go through the house. She made herself available whenever clients wanted to see the house and was always so sweet and helpful. We could not have had a better experience. If we had another house to sell, or if we were buying one, Melissa would be the first person we would call.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is absolutely wonderful. My Wife and I were moving to Long Island, NY during the Summer of 2020. A slow down period in the COVID surge, but still stressful nonetheless. From our first conversation, Melissa understood exactly what property we were seeking and prioritized quickly the ability to provide us with homes to see in the Merrick & Bellmore area. Melissa was always responsive and always demonstrated her commitment to us finding our new home. We loved working with Melissa and she made the deal go through. Highly recommend reaching out to Melissa.

Melissa not only sold our house in 48 hours but negotiated us into our "perfect" home. She was easy to work with and honest in her feedback through the process. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and Maggie were the best. We had to sell our parents home due to their untimely passing. Not only did Melissa and Maggie work swiftly and efficiently but they were extremely aware and sensitive to the emotional component of selling our childhood home. Because we sold the house remotely we needed extra help getting workers/ inspectors etc in and out of the house. They always made it work and always came through. We truly couldn't have been in better hands. Melissa and Maggie deserve 10 stars individually and as a team.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa made the sale of our home the most seamless transaction possible... and even made it enjoyable! From our very first meeting, I knew we had chosen the right agent. Specifically: - She came prepared with comps and took the time to talk us through them to help us understand how our home compared to others in the neighborhood. - She took the time to walk around our home and provide feedback for simple updates and staging to help show our home in its best possible light. - The marketing materials she put together were outstanding, and she did a lot of legwork to ensure that our broker open house, as well as the other open houses were well attended.Due to all of Melissa's hard work, we received multiple offers and ended up selling within 10-days of listing. With the contracting, she walked us through every step and introduced us to an amazing local lawyer who was equally top-notch. We ended up moving out of state, otherwise I would use Melissa again in a heartbeat and recommend her 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
