Melissa is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way to get things done for you and she's only a phone call away. Melissa will work hard for you, provide great connections to make sure the home buying process goes smoothly and make sure you find your dream place, just like she helped me find mine. I'm so happy that Melissa was my realtor!

Melissa has exceptional market knowledge which was evident from my first meeting. I appreciate the outstanding communication. Melissa is incredibly communicative. She was always available for me, answering my calls and emails and texts and made time to view properties on my schedule. She has strong negotiation skills and was able to Find a property with all my prerequisites checked. She Genuinely cares About my needs And provided honest advice on property values . She is totally professional, Reliable, Patient, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She offered me connections to all services that I would need for my new home Which is very helpful. I certainly highly recommend Melissa. She loves her job and it shows. She worked very hard for me and I appreciate her. Thank you

Melissa was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward helping us sell our home. The property was in a shambles after hurricane Ian. So much so, we were forced to leave town which made for a very difficult rebuild. While we were able to guide initial re-construction activities, it was Melissa who arranged a myriad of finishing details and tasks, which frankly would not have been completed without her. Melissas grit and determination provided us the means to finish the home to such a standard that we were able to achieve a 35% premium over pre-hurricane values, which would not have been possible without her dedication to us and the process. Melissa is recommended without reservation. She will bring a courteous, professional, refreshing outlook to your real estate issue.
