ZillowVERIFIED Hire Melissa! Your search ends here if you're looking for a professional, patient, & down to earth agent to help you with your realestate needs/services. I feel Melissa deserves all the stars plus some as she dealt with my picky first time home buyer antics for over a year before I finally closed a few weeks ago. Melissa was always watching my back and made sure I didn't walk into any problematic situations. Melissa covered all angles of the home buying experience and I plan to purchase many more homes with her. I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish an will 10/10 recommend Melissa and her team to anyone & everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped my wife and I purchase a rental home at the end of May and we closed at the end of June. She was excellent putting our offer together without her experiece we would have lost the home to another investor most likely. She worked hard and negotiated a good reduction in the purchase price after we received the home inspection. The home inspection identified some repairs and even in this hot market she was able to get find a way to get them to cover most of of the repairs. She always worked with focus. You can feel confident shes working for you and your best interest in mind. If you are purchasing a home or a rental property as an investment I would personally recommend Melissa and her team. If you are in the hunt for your dream home or investment property and you truly need to know you did everything you could to get it and want no regrets get Melissa on you team before you head out. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is the best! She walked me through every step of the process in buying my new home, as well as selling my old home. She was extremely attentive and responsive to every question I had. We went under contract on my new beautiful home, and Melissa held an open house at my old home that brought in 50 groups! Within three days we had four offers. I ended up with $6,000 over asking. I cant say enough about Melissa and her amazing team, and I highly recommend Team Twichell!!

We are still on the hunt for a place in the area and will continue working with Melissa til we find that place. ZillowVERIFIED I am not much on writing reviews. I have a hard time putting words together. BUT this is one I really need to do. We loved working with Melissa Twitchell. She is very high energy, knowledgeable and familiar with the Phoenix and surrounding communities of AZ. She understood just what we were looking for and helped us find that perfect home in Sun City West. Even though we are currently out of state, it was never an issue keeping in touch with Melissa. She was always in contact and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way! Melissa is a very sweet, young mom and has always been very professional; but she also has no problem stepping up to the plate when necessary. During our experience, the seller's agent was very difficult to work with. She was rude, demanding and downright nasty. Melissa was able to stand her ground while remaining professional and winning the fight. My husband and I highly recommend Melissa, and will definitely recommend her to those who are looking for their next real estate purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We have nothing but great things to say about our Realtor, Melissa Twitchell. We found Melissa through a referral and we were able to have a fast and mutual closing on our new home while selling our previous home. Melissa was incredible attentive to our needs, listened to our concerns, and promptly addressed any questions that we had or concerns that came up during the transactions for both homes. If you are looking for a Realtor that will provide top notch service and give sound fiscal and property advice for transactions, look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED After interviewing four other realtors, Melissa stood out above the rest. She guided me through the process of staging my home for the best viewing results; hired a professional photographer to showcase my home in the best of light; and was always there when I had questions or concerns. She sold my home before it was officially listed with 3 offers out of 5 showings. I can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness to me - always being responsive to my concerns and questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first-time home buyer, I was a bit nervous about the process. I had hear horror stories about buying a home and with realtors. Ms. Twitchell came recommended through a friend, and I can honestly say that my fears were put to rest fairly quickly. Our initial conversations went extremely well as she answered all my first-time questions and even offered insight on things I had not thought of. She came prepared when it was time to go look at the houses, having mapped out routes, printed listing materials, and recorded comments so we didnt get the houses mixed up and could thoroughly evaluate and assess what was best. Ms. Twitchell pointed out specific aspects of the houses we looked at that might be of concern, and had a keen eye for spotting previous repairs that might be of issue. Once we selected a house, the negotiation period was quick and very equitable. I'm not sure how much negotiating goes on between a realtor and the seller, but from our end, it felt painless and simple. Once an offer was accepted, Ms. Twitchell continued to provide guidance, support, and a few laughs to keep the long and complex process light-hearted at times, which was much needed. I thoroughly recommend Ms. Twitchell for those looking for a realtor who is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and has an attitude that is both positive and comforting. While there still might be horror stories out there from others, I experienced none, and I believe that was in part to finding a good, quality realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I was connected with Melissa to help show me homes as I was thinking of buying. I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but I gave her a rough parameter to stay within. She was very responsive, coming back with a nice variety of homes for my husband and me to look at and setting up showings. She drove us around to look at a few properties, answered our questions, and helped us to narrow down and figure out what was really important to us. Melissa is knowledgeable in the market and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
