ZillowVERIFIEDI was in negotiations with a property that Melissa had listed, Melissa was representing me as well as the seller,I worked on buying this for the better part of 10 days and thought we had a deal done. She told me she was sending a contract to be signed by me and then never sent it.I waited for the contract and Melissa never responded to my inquiry that night. The next day Melissa called me and said the owner of the property had an exclusive buyer that was listed on her listing agreement and that the property owner was going to sell to this person and that she also stated she would not receive a commission , because the seller had chosen to sell to this exclusive buyer. Now I look on her sold listings and she says she represented the buyer and the seller. I am considering further action now I see I was lied to and she misrepresented her self by saying she was not involved in the sale of the property. Property was on Salsbury Rd. in Minong Wi.date of service August 2020.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Melissa on a lake property in the Hayward area and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. She made herself available weekends and evenings to help us review properties, complete inspections, answer questions, etc. She made lots of good recommendations during the negotiation process, and also helped line up service contractors for assistance in evaluating and addressing our questions. Since this was a vacation property and we were several hours away, she also met with contractors when we couldn't be there to give them access to the property. She also made great recommendations on local attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. This was our 6th real estate transaction over the years and easily our best experience.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were very pleased with our transaction with Melissa. We were purchasing a home in another state and she helped us thru every step. I would highly recommend Melissa.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were very happy to have found Melissa. I can't say enough good things about her. We felt she went above and beyond to help us. She was always on top of things, very reliable and knowledgeable. She found us exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa was very professional with listing our home. She helped us in the negotiation process, when working with the buyers. Melissa answered all our questions in a timely manner. If she didn't know the answer she followed through in finding it out. I believe she had our best interest at heart. If we had to do it over again, we would certainly have her as our agent. From beginning to end our home was sold and closed within 6 weeks time.
ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa is a great agent. She is patient, conscientious and does her homework. We are currently in escrow on a home I'm purchasing and she has provided all documentation in a thorough and timely manner. Melissa is a stellar agent and I would highly recommend her.
