If you're looking for a savvy, no-pressure, honest realtor who will act in your best interest in this wild and crazy real estate market, you have found the right realtor in Melissa. She understands if you want to buy a home but don't want to get caught up in escalation clauses, bidding wars and is not a realtor who is only in the business for the money. I was unsure whether to sell, hold, or rent out a home I'd recently purchased, and she was the one realtor who didn't immediately say "sell it" (so they could make the commission.) She provided sound, unbiased advice that helped me make a decision without telling me what decision I should make -- a rare find in the real estate world.
