ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa was amazing to work with. She knew exactly what we wanted and needed. She worked well with us to get exactly what we dreamed of. She sold our house within a week of it going on the market. She got us our house a few weeks later. She negotiated both closings to coincide. It was smooth process. We have our dream house because of her.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa Stanley has my highest recommendation!Melissa helped my mother sell her home after living there for over 40 years. She was patient and understanding throughout the process, even rescheduling a photoshoot when my mom was having difficulty letting go of so many memories. Mrs. Stanley knew the market and priced the house accordingly. We received a full ask offer within 48 hours on the market.I highly recommend Mrs. Melissa Stanley. Her patience, empathy, and kindness for her clients are unique and rare in this industry, while her aggressive sales technique, expertise of the local market, and persuasive negotiating skills were second to none.If you are looking for a seasoned real estate professional look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED I searched for a home for a couple of months, with no success, before Melissa came into the picture. She asked the right questions of me. "What type of loan was I getting, likes, dislikes... " Within a week of meeting her, she had sent me information on the house that I absolutely fell in love with. It was everything i wanted. Melissa made sure that everything was done to ensure that I was able to purchase the house. She's polite, professional and really makes the buying process easy.
