ZillowVERIFIEDI would give Melissa 10 stars if I could. She went way above and beyond helping us prepare the home, keeping us apprised of the stages of the sale, and helping us navigate unforeseen issues throughout the process. I would definitely ask her again to be my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was really down to earth and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable and able to explain things so they were easily understood. She stuck by us while we attempted to purchase for several years and when we didn't find anything she remained encouraging. She helped us sell our house with ease as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldnt have been happier, Melissa sold a home for me. She was an absolute cornerstone in bringing the most money for it and following through to finalize the deal. She was extremely knowledgeable and made it very clear she had spent the time to educate herself in all aspects of getting the best price for my unique property. The exceptional part is Melissa didnt stop there. She was instrumental throughout the selling process, having made herself available to ensure every T was crossed and every I was dotted. As previously mentioned my property was very unique, therefore not easy to sell yet she got it done for top dollar. Having said all of this, I would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone needing to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is the absolute best agent and will go above and beyond for her clients! Not only did she make the buying process smooth, she made the selling just as painless and had our house sold in a faster timeframe than we could have ever imagined. 12/10 recommend her and MCR. She also helped us find a rental home while ours was being built and took the time out of her day to show us the rental!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is an outstanding resource for Montgomery County. My wife and I really struggled through many aspects of the home buying process, and lets face it, we are a tad picky. Melissa answered every question, many times late at night. She stuck with us for over abyear finding that perfect home. I will continue to work with Melissa from here on out with all of my real estate endeavors

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was fantastic. She was always very good to communicate with us. She was very willing to get answers to our questions, if she didn't already know the answer. The process of buying a home can be very stressful, but she really took a lot of the stress out by leading us each and every step of the way. We feel like we not only found a realtor that cared about our needs, but we also found a new friend in her. We really appreciate all of the hard work she put in on our behalf.
