All the way from Upstate New York, I relocated to Wayne County in 2012 and fell in love with everything this area has to offer. The friendliness throughout the community is something I only dreamed of. My background of 10 years in human services carries over the compassion needed to be a successful real estate agent. I earned my Accredited Buyer's Representative designation in 2017 and specialize in New Construction and Relocation. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you get a pre approval from a lender so you know what your purchasing power is. Be sure to pick an agent that is going to work hard for you and is available to meet your needs.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose an agent that is going to work hard for you, has a proven marketing plan and has experience in the area you are selling.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with first time home buyers, move up buyers, relocation, new construction, Veterans, and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My last transaction was with a young couple who were first time home buyers. Making their dream of home buying a reality was the greatest gift for me.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in Real Estate through the agent that sold me my home. I have been full time since and haven't looked back.
