Megan helped us sell our parents home where my brothers and I spent our childhood. Megan offered her expert advice regarding ways to update the home without spending a fortune making it more desirable to prospective buyers. Her communication was excellent when it came to dealing with contractors and relaying the information to me. Once the updating was done it was beautifully staged before going on the market. I would highly recommend Megan if you are selling or buying a home. We listed our home for $995,000 and sold for $1,060,000.
